We never really know what someone else is carrying. A kind word, a little patience, holding the door, checking on someone, or simply choosing not to be unnecessarily harsh can mean more than we realize.
So this week, let’s try leading with a little more kindness. It doesn’t cost us anything, and you never know whose day you might change simply by being kind….Have the best week ever!
